1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses, sole traders, and organisations purchasing for resale or business use.

2. Application information

Applicants must provide accurate business details including name, address, VAT and registration numbers where applicable.

3. Account approval

Applications are reviewed and may be approved or rejected at our discretion. Additional verification may be requested.

4. Pricing and access

Trade pricing is only available to approved accounts and may change without notice.

5. Payment terms

Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed. No credit accounts are offered by default.

6. Order acceptance

Orders may be cancelled or limited at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

7. Account conduct

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or breach of terms.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit or business opportunity.
